After having 2 amazing daughters my health rapidly changed! Who knew caring for small human beings left so little time for your own health and wellness?
As a result I found myself fatter than ever, sore in places I didn’t know I had, riddled with achey joints and cramping muscles and always tired and lacking the energy I DESPERATELY needed to be involved in the lives of my wife and children.
I woke up one day not sure how I get here and I felt mad, ashamed, embarrassed, stupid and to be honest, helpless. I felt like a bad parent and that I was doing everything wrong, and looking in the eyes of my children and not being able to be there for them in the ways I wanted to cut me deeper than I was ever ready for.
I loved being a dad and I after the Wuhan Virus sham I didn’t want to go to Big pHARMa for their ridiculous pills and prescriptions, so I went about finding natural herbs, vitamins, minerals and ingredients to help me get back into optimal health and be the man and dad I wanted to give my family.
